Information about the company and yourself. Financial tools and calculators for clients. Clients can purchase ISAs, Insurance & Loans online.
- Email
Web based email system that gives you access to your emails, calendar, diary and clients addresses/contact details wherever you are. This system can also be used on your mobile phone.
- Client Files
All client files are scanned and filed on our local office computer in individual folders. These files are immediately uploaded onto a secure server, for which you will have authority to access. All information is securely stored and backed up on a regular basis. This facility means that you can access your client files from any location as long as you have internet access.
- Back office System
We use Intelliflo, which stores electronic fact finds and allows you to create new fact finds with your clients information. Intelliflo also provides monthly valuations for your clients assets to provide you with a portfolio report for client servicing.
- Remuneration
Personalised statements and year to date/annual spreadsheets for submitted and issued business are available on request. All of your remuneration payments are checked and chased regularly.
